Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business accounts. Your main objective will be to drive growth by opening new accounts and managing the accounts opened, for which you will receive a fixed commission per account. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will work closely with the Growth Lead and the growth team to align on strategies and maximize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential business clients who can benefit from Lemonade Payments’ solutions.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Lemonade Payments and its offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Guide potential clients through the account opening process and ensure successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
- Report regularly to the Growth Lead and growth department on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and knowledge of Lemonade Payments’ offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.
- Must have a laptop and a smartphone for conducting business activities.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You will receive a fixed amount for every successful and transacting account opened.
