Key Responsibilities

General Finance and Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and forecasts
• Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency

Client Invoicing

• Generate and manage invoices for clients accurately and in a timely manner
• Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow
• Collaborate with account managers to address client queries and resolve billing issues

Payroll Management

• Develop and manage payroll muster rolls for employees across various markets
• Process payroll for clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Handle deductions, taxes, and benefits to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards

Market Research and Compliance

• Conduct research on payroll practices, employment laws, and tax regulations across different markets
• Stay updated on policy changes affecting payroll, employee hiring, and management
• Advise the team and clients on best practices in compliance with local and international standards

Foreign Exchange (FX) Management

• Manage and track FX transactions between markets to optimize financial efficiency
• Negotiate favorable FX rates with financial institutions and partners
• Monitor currency fluctuations and develop strategies to mitigate FX risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to payroll and client invoicing
• Knowledge of international payroll practices and compliance is a strong plus
• Familiarity with FX management and currency exchange practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
